Christmas + New Year

Hey guys, I hope everyone's had a good Christmas and is ready for 2012. During this period I haven't been on lately simply because I've needed a break and it's been the perfect time.

I think that this is the perfect time for everybody to just chill out for a few days, calm the stress levels down and then come back in 2012 with a bang and kick on from there.

I'll still on be on xfire and possibly mumble, I might even be on FS to play the odd FSC (gotta keep the match fitness up!)

Emergency team-meeting [xfire]

On Sunday the 18th of December at 21:00 GMT, there will be an emergency team meeting held on the rwu xfire chatroom.

I've personally called this meeting as there has been a lot of issues raised recently which need discussing. It has been called on xfire for 1 reason; Not everybody can talk at once and typing a message gives a chance for people to read and fully take-in what is being said.

I will expect 85% of the squad to attend this meeting as it will benefit everybody, reminders will be individually given out to people so that they don't forget.

Ask one of the RWU managers for the server password and port number. Each player in PMC match has to be on Mumble server.

Liberty Cup

RedWhite United will participate in the Liberty Cup.

Here are the groups:

Fixture:

The first window will be available from 10th to 17th.
Second window will be available from 17th to 24th.
However, Third window will be available from 26th to 2nd of January.

Two more new players + a return

Redwhite United are happy to announce two more players have successfully passed their trials at Redwhite United; Bjkleebrk & Burnerx. Once again proving on the pitch they have all the qualities needed to play at the top PMC level.

Redwhite United are also glad to announce that their highest levelled player; Bosca has come back after a little inactivty. The whole squad warmly welcomed his return.

Redwhite United are happy to announce that Peleziin & Contagious have both successfully joined the squad, after seeing them play, knowing what they are capable of, we are more than happy to have them on board!

Redwhite United B now have a total of 17 members!

New Players & Redwhite United B

Redwhite United are happy to announce that Skyrim has recently passed his trial. We are also glad to say that 3 new players have been accepted on trial and will hopefully make the squad very soon!

Due to all these new players coming in, a lot of up and coming players have been asking for trials into the club, so to compromise this; Redwhite United B are soon to re-open! The management team will consist of;

Sharkswat - Manager
Blainski - Coach
Altiac - Coach
Twink - Scout

We also hope to find and assign a full time captain in days to come.

When you lose a match in football, it's best to analyze that game and come up with solutions for the next games. If you don't analyze and address the problems, you will never be successful.

I managed our college team for 5 years and we had similar problems like we had at RWU this season. The biggest problem with the college team was the number of injuries we suffered. There was also players who couldn't play because of exams etc.

RWU rebuilding

RedWhite United has been recruiting new players.

In the last 15 days we have recruited 12 new players. With the new additions to our squad, there will be training sessions and friendly matches in which we will train our new tactics and strategies. There will be a team meeting on XFire chatroom next week.
